Junaid Arshad

Junaid Arshad brings 20 years of experience as an Operations Director within one of the region’s leading food and agri-tech conglomerates. His expertise lies in building resilient systems, optimizing operational flows, and implementing technology-enhanced processes that improve productivity at scale.
With a B.Eng in Electronic Engineering and an MSc in Business Management, both from Imperial College London, UK, Junaid combines technical rigor with strong business acumen. His approach is rooted in systems thinking, innovation, and operational excellence. At Exergy Systems, he leverages his dual engineering-management background to guide the integration of AI, automation, and data-led transformation across enterprise functions.
Anas Wahab

Anas has over 20 years of experience in digital transformation, technology strategy, and enterprise modernization across sectors including FMCG/CPG, FinTech, Healthcare, and Agriculture. He has served in senior leadership roles, delivering end-to-end transformation programs that merge innovation, operations, and data intelligence.
A board member for several successful technology ventures, Anas brings both entrepreneurial insight and enterprise-level expertise. He is also a Certified IT Professional with the Chartered Institute for IT (UK) and CIPS (Canada), reinforcing his commitment to global standards of technical and operational excellence. At Exergy Systems, he leads the charge in AI-led transformation, digital strategy, and the development of intelligent, future-ready solutions.
Waqar Mian
Managing Director, MENA region
Waqar brings more than a decade of strategy consulting experience from Monitor Deloitte, where he managed and delivered complex transformation programs for ministries, government bodies, and major entities across the GCC, particularly in Saudi Arabia. His work spans national-level strategy, economic development, operating model design, and large-scale digital transformation.
He holds a Master’s degree in Financial Economics from City University London (Bayes Business School) and a Bachelor’s degree from LUMS, Pakistan’s top business school, giving him a strong analytical, financial, and strategic foundation.

His career spans advanced system architecture, AI-driven product development, cloud-native engineering, and organizational technology transformation. As CTO at Exergy Systems, he drives innovation strategy, oversees product intelligence, and spearheads the development of next-generation AI, agentic systems, and enterprise platforms. A visionary problem-solver, he ensures Exergy stays at the forefront of emerging technologies while maintaining engineering excellence and operational scalability.
